  • In any event of discrepancy, Client must inform vender immediately to provide acceptable quality levels of standards or service. In addition, Client will have 24/7 search ability to maintain the highest level AQLs.
  • Vender methodology to monitor performance through Client feedback, monthly performance assessment, effective communication to resolve issues and concerns and recommendation for improve efficiency and/ effectiveness if applicable.

ASSUMPTIONS: That CLIENT will provide the following:

§  Provides technical direction and management outlook to ensure that all efforts conform to the terms and conditions of the contract and individual orders.

§  Thorough Review of Proposal Project

§  Investigates reported problems/issues and initiates actions to provide expedient resolution

§  Assurance of document quality and signature

§  Assure confidentiality of all documents

§  Performs internal planning and provides support, expertise, guidance and management structure for tracking progress of assigned work.
